acceptable hotel experience
great location delicious breakfast unfriendly staff filthy carpets
the hotel had a great location for the train station with underground access i found this quite convenient. i also thought the breakfast had a delicious local meal selection the coffee machine was another plus it made excellent coffee.
the room i booked was not the room i received on arrival staff were unfriendly i explained the issue but they insisted i was wrong. the floor was damaged the carpets were filthy it made for a disappointing start to my trip

the location is excellent. it is very convenient for transport. the room service was responsive (they directly answered and accommodated our requests). the room was spacious, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. it ensured i got a good night's sleep.
the reception area was microscopic. i was assigned an original room, and it was so dark. it faced the inside of the building. the breakfast was very poor quality (though the selection was huge).

The hotel room was perfect. it was big with a nice view. the bed was comfy. the hotel is well positioned in the center of the city, and it was quiet too. i liked the breakfast. It had a wide variety of options.
the walls were thin, so i could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms. it slightly impacted my sleep quality, but it was manageable.

the hotel is conveniently located near the main train station. it allows easy access to transportation. many malls and restaurants surround it, providing ample dining and shopping options .
